These Terms of Service govern use of Kuukk and purchases made through https://www.kuukk.com. Kuukk is operated by Guangzhou Huaming E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
Store use
You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate account, contact, delivery, and payment information. You may not interfere with store security, misuse the website, introduce harmful code, scrape the website contrary to law, or use its content to infringe another person’s rights.
Product information
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations can cause reasonable differences. Images illustrate the listed product. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected item.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for unavailable stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or an unsupported delivery address. If payment was collected for a cancelled item, it will be returned to the original payment method.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or duties are disclosed where available before order submission or may be collected by local authorities. Payment processing is provided by Shopify and the payment providers shown at checkout; their terms may also apply.

Eligibility, the 30-day return-request period, item conditions, costs, cancellations, and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
